JOHNSON: Perry Keith

April 2, 1959 – February 10, 2014

Perry Keith Johnson of Young, SK born April 2, 1959, died at his home February 10, 2014, at the age of 54 years, following a brief courageous battle with cancer. He leaves to mourn his passing; parents Jim and Sheila Johnson of Young; sister Poppy (Sherwin) Gill-Petersen of Watrous; brother Merv (Angie) Johnson of Saskatoon; nieces Christa Gill (Greg Cardinal), Angie (Jeffery) Benson, Colleen (Ryan) Sloan; nephews Shane Johnson and Austin Johnson; great-niece/nephews Jorja Gabriel and Luke.

Perry combined his love of travel with a natural curiosity for knowledge. These experiences enriched both his and the lives of those he met both here and around the world. Farming allowed him to enjoy his favourite pleasures including food, wine and great art.

Perry’s Memorial Service will be held in the Community Hall in Young, SK on Monday, February 17th at 2:00 p.m. Lunch to follow in the Hall lower level.
