NEUFELD: Elizabeth (Bergen) Neufeld died peacefully on October 8, 2013 at her home at Central Parkland Lodge in Lanigan (formerly of Drake). She leaves to mourn her passing stepdaughter, Maxine (Allan) Westaway and family; her siblings, Helen (John) Reger, Tina (Peter) Gossen, Mary Wiens, Jake (Ruth) Bergen, Nelly Derksen, Matilda (Marvin) Just, Henry (Beatrice) Bergen, Bill (Fran) Bergen, Lily (Rick) Sawatzky; brother in law Willard Wolfe, and sister in law Mary Bergen; as well as nieces and nephews who considered her a special “Aunt Betty”. She was predeceased by her husband Peter Neufeld; sister Martha Wolfe; brother George Bergen, and brothers in law Bill Wiens, and John Derksen. Viewing will be held Friday, October 11 at 7:30 at Fotheringham's Funeral Chapel in Watrous. The Funeral Service will be held North Star Mennonite Church in Drake SK on Saturday October 12th at 2:30 p.m.In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Central Parkland Lodge or Mennonite Central Committee.
